Hot Dogs Wrapped in Puff Pastry recipe

Fast-and-easy comfort meets cook-to-impress elegance with this recipe for puff pastry-wrapped hot dogs. Fill these with a savory relish, and watch them disappear straight out of the oven!

Ingredients:

8 hot dogs
1 (17-ounce) package puff pastry sheets, thawed
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup prepared savory relish (link to preserved lemon, corn, cranberry relishes in recipe section)

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 400°F.

2) Cut pastry puff sheets into quarters. Roll each hot dog in a cut square of dough; cut each into 4 pieces. Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Top with prepared relish and serve immediately.
